Production Head / Plant Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The PPC Executive/Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities in alignment with customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity utilization. This role ensures optimal resource allocation and efficient production flow to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Develop and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align on priorities.
Estimate production workload and capacity requirements.
Material Planning & Control:
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excesses.
Coordinate with the procurement team for material requisitions and delivery follow-ups.
Process Monitoring & Coordination:
Track production progress and update schedules as needed.
Resolve bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues in coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain close communication with shop floor supervisors and quality control teams.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain production records, job orders, and daily reports.
Analyze production performance and prepare reports for management.
Generate KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery, Line Efficiency, WIP levels).
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
Freshers or up to 1 year of internship/training experience in manufacturing preferred
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management
Familiarity with MS Excel and willingness to learn ERP systems

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
