JOB DESCRIPTION :

A PPC Executive in a printing and packaging company is responsible for overseeing the production planning & process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of materials. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, collaborating with the warehouse team to prevent shortages or overstock situations. This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and monitoring of production activities to meet customer demands and company objectives.

Production Planning:

Develops and implements production plans to meet customer demands and company objectives.

Material Planning:

Manages the flow of raw materials and ensures timely availability to avoid production delays.

Production Control:

Monitors and controls the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Inventory Management:

Optimizes inventory levels to minimize costs and avoid stockouts.

Collaboration:

Works closely with other departments, including sales, engineering, and procurement, to align production plans with overall business objectives.

Problem Solving:

Identifies and resolves production issues to ensure smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency and identify areas for improvement. SAP Knowledge compulsory

Experience Required :

3 to 5 years
