Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
Create and manage
Search, Display, Video, PMax & Remarketing
campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and landing page recommendations
Optimize campaigns for
CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS & SALES
Manage
Google Merchant Center
(product feed setup, approvals & troubleshooting)
Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)
Build and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversions &
sales generation
A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining stable ROAS
Sales & Performance Focus
Strategically plan funnels and ad flows that
directly contribute to sales growth
Execute remarketing strategies to increase repeat purchases
Analyze customer behavior and optimize campaigns for
better sales output
Track and improve end-to-end conversions (from ad click to purchase)
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Use GA4, Meta Insights & UTM tracking
Monitor account health and maintain cost efficiency
Creative Coordination
Plan creatives that improve CTR and conversions
Work with the design/content team for high-performing ads
Ensure ad copies and visuals follow brand guidelines
Budget & Account Management
Manage and optimize daily & monthly budgets
Maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend
Maintain quality scores and relevance
Skills & Qualifications Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in
Google Ads, Meta Ads & Merchant Center
Proven track record of
producing sales through paid campaigns
Ability to analyze data and take decisions to improve ROAS
Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution & performance funnels
Experience in e-commerce advertising (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with landing page optimization
Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce funnels
