Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms (Amazon Ads preferred).
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns regularly to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create high-performing landing pages and ad creatives.
Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
Implement retargeting and funnel-based advertising strategies.
Monitor budgets and forecast campaign spending and ROI.
Suggest and implement ad strategies for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Google Ads & Meta Ads Certification is must.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance tools.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in e-commerce campaigns and D2C performance marketing preferred.
Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and customer funnels is a plus.
