Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Create, manage, and optimize
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams for landing pages, creatives, and messaging
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in
PPC / Paid Media
Strong expertise in
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads or Meta certification (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
Strong communication and reporting skills
