Required Skills & Qualifications

? 2-4 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience
? Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and retargeting
? Skilled in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads Editor, and Excel/Sheets
? Excellent understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and funnel metrics
? Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
? Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
? Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate reporting

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
? Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
? Create engaging ad copy and coordinate with designers for effective creatives
? Track performance daily and improve CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and CPA
? Manage budgets efficiently for maximum ROI
? Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
? Work closely with SEO, content, and web teams for integrated digital campaigns
? Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
? Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM setups
