Job Responsibilities: PPC Executive Only from Automotive Industry

1.

Production Planning

Prepare and update

daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

based on customer orders and forecasts. Develop and maintain

detailed production schedules

to meet delivery commitments. Regulate product mix and minimize cycle times for efficiency.
2.

Material & Resource Coordination

Coordinate with

procurement and stores

to ensure raw material availability. Plan material flow from

point-of-supply to point-of-use

for finished goods and spare parts. Ensure timely availability of machines, manpower, and logistics support.
3.

Monitoring & Control

Track

Work in Progress (WIP)

and ensure minimum downtime. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines. Maintain production records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
4.

Efficiency & Optimization

Analyze

capacity utilization, machine loading, and manpower allocation

. Identify inefficiencies in production and implement process improvements. Optimize inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
5.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

Liaise with the

quality control team

to ensure adherence to standards. Coordinate with the

sales team

for order status and delivery commitments. Ensure customer requirements are met with

on-time delivery
