. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for both
E-commerce brands
and
local service-based businesses
such as plumbers, handymen, remodelers, and insulation contractors.
You will play a key role in maximizing ROI, driving qualified traffic, and generating quality leads through strategic paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
high-performing campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads
to achieve targeted KPIs.
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
to identify opportunities for campaign growth.
Continuously
monitor campaign performance
, analyze key metrics, and optimize bids, ad copies, and landing pages for improved ROI.
Collaborate with the
design and content teams
to create compelling ad creatives and ensure message consistency across channels.
Manage
E-commerce ad campaigns
, including product listing ads, retargeting, and dynamic ads for improved sales performance.
Develop and implement
local lead generation strategies
for service-based businesses (plumbing, remodeling, insulation, etc.).
Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns on additional platforms such as
NextDoor, Yelp, and Angi's
(experience in these is a plus).
Prepare
detailed campaign performance reports
and present insights with actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the
latest trends and updates
in digital advertising, Google algorithms, and PPC tools.
Ensure ad spend efficiency and maintain performance within budget allocations.
Maintain a
portfolio or screenshots of past campaigns
as proof of performance and optimization capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management, preferably within the E-commerce and local business sectors.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)
and
Meta Ads Manager
.
Strong knowledge of
analytics tools
such as
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with platforms like
NextDoor, Yelp, and Angi's
will be an added advantage.
Certification in
Google Ads
or
Facebook Blueprint
is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
