Required PPC Executive at manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities as per customer orders and management targets.
Coordinate with the production, purchase, and store departments to ensure material availability and timely execution.
Monitor work progress and update production status reports regularly.
Prepare and maintain production plans, job cards, and production schedules.
Analyze production capacity and manpower requirements for effective planning.
Track inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
Identify delays or bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments to resolve issues.
Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to production planning and control.
Support management in forecasting demand and planning resources accordingly.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in PPC or similar role in a manufacturing industry
