We at Pronota, a Mohali-based Web Design & Development company, are looking for a PPC Executive who can plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns that bring real results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage lead generation and funnel optimization for B2B clients
Track, report, and improve KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
Research keywords, industries, and buyer personas for better targeting
Collaborate with design and content teams on creatives and landing pages
Set up and manage tools like Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and ad algorithm changes
Skills We're Looking For
:
1-2 years' hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and conversion strategies
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager
Strong copywriting and communication skills for ads and landing pages
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and lead nurturing workflows
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for results
