About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented

PPC expert

to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creating, managing, and scaling high-performing campaigns to generate quality leads, drive traffic, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns. Write compelling ad copy and creative content tailored to different audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Manage budget allocation and bid strategies effectively. Provide regular performance reports and insights with recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams for campaign alignment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Google Ads Certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Proficiency in ad platforms, keyword tools, and bid management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Unbounce, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CRO principles is a bonus.
