. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running, monitoring, and improving digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI. You will be responsible for keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
campaigns.
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
to optimize ad performance.
Write compelling
ad copies and creatives
to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and implement
bid strategies
for cost-effective campaigns.
Perform
A/B testing
for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and generate
performance reports
with actionable insights.
Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with business goals.
Stay updated with
latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices
in Google & Meta Ads.
Requirements:
0.6-2 years of experience
in managing
Google Ads & Meta Ads
.
Strong understanding of
PPC strategies, bidding techniques, and analytics
.
Proficiency in
Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint
is a plus.
