Roles & Responsibilities:-
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search)
o Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Own the performance funnel - from impression to conversion - with a focus on driving sales and scaling efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to craft high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reporting on key metrics (CPA, RoAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Stay up to date with platform changes and new features across Google, Meta, YouTube.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc., to track, attribute, and report campaign performance.
Desired Skills and Competency:-
2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Must have directly worked on performance campaigns for Google, Meta, YouTube.
Prior experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, metrics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
Familiarity with attribution tools, pixel implementation, and e-commerce analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
