Job Description

Location:

Hadapsar, Pune.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Shop (CNC/VMC). Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control).

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans as per customer schedules. Manage PPC activities in

SAP

including planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability. Ensure smooth

material flow

across all production stages. Collaborate with production, purchase, and quality teams to align operations with planning. Monitor machine loading, process sequence, and capacity utilization for

CNC & VMC machines

. Maintain optimum

inventory levels

to support production without excess stock. Track order status, identify delays, and initiate corrective actions. Support continuous improvement in lead time reduction and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports related to PPC.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

PPC processes

and SAP modules. Understanding of

CNC/VMC machining processes

and machine shop operations. Basic knowledge of

material flow & supply chain processes

. Experience in

inventory management & vendor coordination

. Analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualification:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,236.38 - ₹40,596.00 per month
