PRONOTA (https://pronota.in/) is a growing [insert industry/sector line, e.g., digital-first company focused on XYZ]. We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive who can independently manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels
to deliver strong ROI, ROAS, and AOV growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and other platforms
.
Write compelling ad copies, test creatives, and optimize targeting to maximize conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and make data-driven optimizations.
Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and report actionable insights.
Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the content and design team to align creatives with campaign objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
Work independently to set up, run, and scale campaigns without constant supervision.
Key Requirements
1.5 - 2 years of proven experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management
.
Strong understanding of PPC metrics (ROI, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.).
Experience with ad copywriting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Pixel setup
.
Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
Self-starter who can manage campaigns independently.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preference for
local candidates
who can work from our office.
