Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and capacity.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and stores teams to ensure timely material availability and workflow continuity.
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and track production status to avoid delays or bottlenecks.
Prepare and update MIS reports, production schedules, and planning documents.
Analyze capacity, manpower, and machine utilization to optimize production efficiency.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material planning and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods.
Identify gaps in planning and propose corrective actions to improve productivity.
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and customer commitments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and control.
