I.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Following are the few essential but not limited to responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and organizational goals.

Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to determine optimal production levels.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and purchase teams to understand demand fluctuations and adjust production plans accordingly.

Ensure that production plans align with available resources, such as manpower, materials, and equipment.

Continuously monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands or resolve production issues.

Utilize production planning software and tools to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.

Arrange & Lead PPC Meetings on daily basis with Real time information & for better coordination to ensure deliveries are on as per schedule & without Shortages & If shortages are there , they are known & corrective actions are taken to ensure its not repeated.

Coordinate with production teams, supervisors, and department heads to communicate schedules and ensure alignment with production goals.

Monitor production progress against schedules and address any deviations or delays promptly.

Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate rush orders, equipment breakdowns, or material shortages.

Communicate scheduling changes or updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Report to Sr. Mgt. to troubleshoot process problems and implement preventive measures.

Ensure that non-conformance is challenged and counter-measures are agreed and implemented.

II. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

1. Diploma Holders in Instrument/ Mechanical/ Automobile/Electrical from Govt. institutes.

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in the Assembly Line of Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Structural fabrication and welding Plant.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and E-Mailing.

4. Good written and communication skills, must be residing in Greater NOIDA with family

5. Own vehicle and driving license are must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?38,566.09 per month
