Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance
Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare regular performance reports
Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for higher conversions
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and bidding strategies
Set up and manage GA4 reporting and conversion tracking across all paid platforms
Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign assets
Stay updated with latest trends and changes in the PPC landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-4 years of proven experience in PPC management and paid advertising
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different channels
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
Preferred Skills:
Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and lead generation campaigns
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (plus)
Knowledge of programmatic or display ad platforms (advantage)
