Coordinate with procurement, quality, logistics, and suppliers to ensure material availability.
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Track production performance, prepare reports, and analyze KPIs.
Monitor production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure quality compliance.
Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
