Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
and
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting
, and
competitor analysis
to maximize ad reach and relevance.
Optimize campaigns for
CTR, CPC, ROAS
, and
Lead Generation
.
Perform
A/B testing
on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and
CTAs
.
Monitor, analyze, and prepare detailed
reports
on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads policies, and Google Ads best practices.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
Manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
3 years
of hands-on experience in
Meta Ads and Google Ads
campaign management.
Strong expertise in
Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads
, and
Retargeting
campaigns.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Tag Manager
, and
Conversion Tracking
setup.
Excellent
communication, analytical
, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Google Ads
and
Meta Blueprint
certifications preferred.
Experience with
SEO, SEM
, and
email marketing
is a plus.
