We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic
Digital Marketing Executive
with 1+ year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital performance marketing and have a strong grasp of running ad campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads
.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Amazon platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and prepare detailed reports.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure efficient campaign spend and maximum ROI.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, advertising trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially paid advertising.
Proficiency in managing campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Microsoft Ads (Bing)
LinkedIn Ads
Amazon Sponsored Ads
Basic knowledge of
SEO
and how it complements paid marketing efforts.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and team collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
