Plastene India Limited is on the lookout for a meticulous PPC Executive to oversee loom planning in our units. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise with 6 shuttle, 8 shuttle, 10 shuttle, and Sulzer looms and will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage loom planning schedules.
Monitor and enhance loom performance.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
Analyze production data and adjust plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of loom usage and outputs.
Train and support loom operators.
Collaborate with the supply chain for material availability.
Prepare and present performance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in textile production planning.
Comprehensive knowledge of 6 shuttle, 8 shuttle, 10 shuttle, and Sulzer looms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
