Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct keyword and audience research to identify the best targeting strategies.
Write compelling ad copies and work with creative teams for ad visuals and video creatives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Events Manager.
Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
Create and share detailed performance reports weekly and monthly with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 -3 years of hands-on experience in running both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills.
