Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and execute daily production planning.

2. Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations.

3. Handle and allocate manpower effectively.

4. Monitor and follow up on OEE reports (Daily & Monthly).

5. Ensure plant utilization, capacity planning, and achievement of sales targets.

6. Plan capacity loading, raw material, and packing material requirements.

7. Monitor and follow up on OEE reports (Daily & Monthly).

8. Ensure plant utilization, capacity planning, and achievement of sales targets.

9. Plan capacity loading, raw material, and packing material requirements.

10. Ensure that production planning matches available capacity (manpower, machines, materials).

11. Balance multiple production lines/products to optimize utilization of resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
