Job Description
PPC & CRM EXECUTIVE
- Handling Customer Support in regards to service related inquiries.
- Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintains in depth customer management to acquire and retain customers and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, concepts, practices and procedures and potential impact on the business.
- Reviews customer alerts and follows up with customers to inquire if action is needed.
- To ensure accurate and timely billing of customers.
- Scheduling, assigning and allocation of service order to Production Department.
- Any other duties as assigned by management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
