Job Summary:
We're seeking a TPM Executive to support our Operations team. You'll assist in project planning, execution, and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning & execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress & report issues
- Support process improvements & TPM activities
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in any trade (B.E/B.Tech, Diploma)
- 4-5 years in operations / manufacturing (beverage industry preferred)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
