LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.Optimize ads for higher CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL, Conversions).Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Budget Management
Allocate and manage monthly advertising budgets across platforms to ensure maximum efficiency.Monitor spend to avoid budget overruns.
Collaboration
Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy.Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven work experience (2-3 years) managing
Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads
campaigns.
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of PPC, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing.
Hands-on experience with tools like
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot
(or similar).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
