PPC Executive
to join our team in Bidadi, Bangalore. The role involves planning, scheduling, and controlling the production process to meet delivery timelines and ensure optimal resource utilization.

The
PPC Executive
will be responsible for the efficient planning and control of production activities in alignment with customer demand, production capacity, and inventory management. The role will involve close coordination with the production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and machine capacity.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality or safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, materials usage, and machine performance.
Analyze production data to identify potential bottlenecks or delays and propose corrective actions.
Support inventory control by tracking material consumption and managing stock levels.
Generate reports on production performance, including throughput, lead times, and material utilization.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and aerospace/defense industry regulations.
Handle urgent or critical production issues and provide solutions to minimize delays.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency and cost reduction.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in
Production Planning and Control (PPC)
within the
Aerospace, Defense, or Tool Room industry
.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control in aerospace/defense environments.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality teams.
Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
Qualification:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Production, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
