We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Production Planning and Control Executive

to manage production schedules, monitor processes, and ensure optimal utilization of resources. The role involves coordinating with various departments to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee production schedules to align with customer orders and delivery timelines. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements. Resolve production bottlenecks and delays by implementing effective solutions. Maintain and update production planning and control documents. Work closely with quality control teams to ensure compliance with product standards. Prepare regular reports on production status, forecasts, and challenges for management. Implement and maintain systems to optimize production workflows and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all production activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Proven experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, SAP) and MS Office (Excel). Strong knowledge of production workflows, resource allocation, and process optimization. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
