Ppc Executive (auto Parts Manufacturing)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and update

daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

as per customer orders and forecast. Monitor production schedules and ensure

on-time delivery

of auto parts. Coordinate with

procurement and stores

to ensure raw material availability. Maintain

production records, reports, and dashboards

for management review. Analyze

capacity utilization, machine loading, and manpower allocation

. Track

WIP (Work in Progress)

and ensure minimum production downtime. Assist in

inventory planning

to avoid shortages or excess stock. Coordinate with the

quality team

to ensure adherence to standards. Liaise with the

sales team

for order status and delivery commitments. Support in implementing

lean manufacturing, cost control, and efficiency improvement initiatives

.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in PPC, preferably in

automobile / auto parts manufacturing industry

. Knowledge of

Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other quality tools

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,067.35 - ₹37,675.95 per month

Work Location: In person
