Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and inventory departments for raw material availability and production feasibility.
Create and release production schedules and work orders.
Monitor actual production against the plan and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure all departments follow the production timelines and quality standards.
Track production output and report deviations or delays.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods.
Act as a communication link between production, quality control, Tool Room, Dispatch, and Sales teams.
Facilitate daily production meetings and updates with relevant departments.
Maintain and analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
Use ERP/Tally Prime systems for production planning and monitoring.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
