PPC Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team at Astha Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Social platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive ROI while working in a collaborative and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, develop, present, and execute innovative marketing strategies to achieve measurable business results. Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Shopping, Display, and Social Media channels. Consistently achieve maximum ROI and ensure sustainable growth of advertising campaigns. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and budget optimization. Perform A/B testing and landing page optimization to enhance conversion rates. Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Develop and debug custom tracking procedures to ensure accurate data collection. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new PPC opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display & Social). Strong understanding of web metrics, analytics, and statistical analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools. Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and landing page strategies. Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
