Job Description

Position: PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, store, and dispatch teams for material and resource planning. Track production progress against plans and identify delays or bottlenecks. Update and maintain planning sheets and ERP systems with accurate production data. Analyze production capacity and plan job allocations accordingly. Prepare and circulate daily production and planning reports for management review. Coordinate with the purchase department for raw material requirements based on the production plan. Ensure adherence to planning and delivery commitments to customers.

Skills: Knowledge of production planning and shop floor coordination. Basic understanding of ERP or planning software. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1-3 years in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred: Experience in rubber or engineering industries, knowledge of ERP-based planning systems.
