Job Description

Production Planning:

Develop and implement production plans for insulation manufacturing based on project requirements, timelines, and resources. Coordinate with various departments (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and machinery. Forecast production needs and prepare accurate schedules to avoid delays or downtime.

Material and Resource Management:

Ensure that all necessary raw materials and components for insulation production are available and properly managed. Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement processes to avoid production delays. Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage material flow and maintain stock levels.

Process Optimization:

Monitor production processes and performance to identify areas of improvement in efficiency and quality. Work closely with the production team to implement best practices and optimize workflows. Analyze production data and adjust plans to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

Quality Control:

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure insulation products meet the required standards. Identify and resolve any quality issues in the production process. Maintain documentation and reports related to product quality and production performance.

Reporting & Documentation:

Provide regular reports on production progress, delays, and any issues impacting timelines. Prepare and maintain detailed production records, including daily production reports, material consumption, and inventory logs.

Coordination & Communication:

Act as the point of contact for all production-related issues and ensure clear communication across teams. Coordinate with the site management team to ensure that safety protocols are being adhered to and that production goals are aligned with site objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
