Job Description

Develop production Plans for daily, weekly and monthly production, on behalf of production capability and manpower for Daily

Production to achieve Schedule standard based on high efficiency and low cost. Control to facilitate and monitor the

achievements, Reschedule the production plans as and Customer alignment: Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements.

? Preparation of Plan v/s actual difference report and various other MIS as per the direction of the reporting manager.

? Coordinate with assembly & mould team & Plan, schedule and review workload to ensure production output in all assembly &

Mold production units and on time delivery targets are achieved.

? Prepared and presented monthly, quarterly, and Prepare daily Production planning dashboard of previous day and interact with

shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing

? Securing supplies and parts for the assembly line, reviewing engineering and manufacturing specifications, monitoring materials

for any defects, and resolving quality issues.

? Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality functions for daily operational issues and timely

resolution. Purchase Sales & Marketing and Dispatch departments for timely processing & dispatch of the material as per the

delivery schedule

? Processing MRP Session and follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials production and external

procurement to meet production schedule and customer expectation. Conversion of Purchase requisition to Purchase order and

schedule line on behalf of Lead time.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
