- PPC Engineer (Wire Industry)

Position:

PPC Engineer / PPC Executive

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical / B.Tech Mechanical

Industry:

Wire & Cable / Wire Drawing / Wire Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor raw material availability and follow up with purchase for timely supply. Track WIP (Work-in-Process) and finished goods inventory. Maintain machine loading plans and ensure optimum utilization of machines. Prepare production reports, delay reports, and daily MIS. Follow up on job orders, deadlines, and dispatch schedules. Identify bottlenecks in production and support improvement activities. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of wire drawing, annealing, stranding, or similar processes (preferable). Good knowledge of production planning basics. MS Excel, ERP or SAP (added advantage). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines.
