Position Overview

The PPC Engineer will be responsible for production planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and monitoring shop-floor activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per project schedules. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Design, and QA/QC teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Monitor work orders, production progress, and shop-floor activities against plan. Track WIP (Work in Progress) and turnaround time (TAT) to ensure timely completion of jobs. Support timely dispatches and billing by ensuring production milestones are met. Identify production delays and support corrective actions to minimize bottlenecks. Maintain production-related MIS reports including progress, material status, and delays. Assist in capacity planning and resource utilization under guidance of senior PPC/Production head. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 3-6 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning, preferably in steel fabrication or EPC industry. Good knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, and coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
