Production Scheduling:
They create detailed production schedules for the packing lines, outlining the sequence of packaging tasks, allocation of labor and packaging machinery, and timelines for each stage of the process. Communication & Collaboration:
Acting as a central hub, the PPC Head communicates production plans, schedules, and any potential issues to various departments like engineering, purchasing, and quality control.
