Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPC Executive to join our production planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.

- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

- Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks.

2. Material Planning:

- Plan and procure raw materials, components, and consumables.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.

- Maintain accurate inventory records.

3. Production Control:

- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.

- Identify and address production issues promptly.

- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

4. Communication and Collaboration

:

- Communicate production plans, schedules, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in production planning and control in a fabrication manufacturing company.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles.

- Proficient in Software,systems and MS Office.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
