Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Coordinate with stores, purchase, and production teams to ensure material availability.
Analyze capacity and workloads to optimize planning and output.
Maintain accurate records of production data, delays, and deviations.
Ensure timely delivery and dispatch coordination.
Generate regular reports for management on production status.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a PPC role in a manufacturing setup.
Good understanding of production workflows, BOM, and inventory management.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production software.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
