Experience:
3 to 5 years, preferably in
Aluminum Alloy
or
Aluminium Die Casting
industries
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Work & Data Collection
Maintain MIS of LME vs. customer rate (HINDALCO/NALCO).
Monitor alloy price fluctuations.
Track customer prices (monthly/formula-based).
Update & report Daily MIS.
Manage order databases and sales support.
Generate short payment MIS for customer follow-up.
Sales
Submit customer enquiries regularly.
Follow-up on POs and dispatch schedules.
Generate sales orders in ERP.
Maintain sales records and reports.
Coordinate with purchase/store.
Prepare daily and cumulative sales reports.
Payment Collections
Maintain payment records weekly.
Follow-up for payments as per terms.
Handle payment MIS and overdue cases.
Track payments, resolve short payments, and manage credit notes.
Raise interest debit notes if needed.
Segregate customers (green/orange/red) based on payment behavior.
Dispatch Planning
Plan production and dispatch as per PO and schedule.
Ensure proper delivery and material receipt (GRN).
Communicate shipment changes and resolve issues.
ISO Process & Procedure
Maintain ISO documents for Sales.
Collect customer feedback quarterly.
