The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook advertising. The PPC and Facebook Specialist will be instrumental in driving performance and ROI for our digital marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute effective PPC strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. 2. Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs. 3. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. 4. Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives. 6. Implement retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and lead nurturing. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for PPC and Facebook advertising. **Requirements:** 1. Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. 2. In-depth knowledge of Facebook advertising, including audience targeting and ad types. 3. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. 4. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns. 5. Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and their application in PPC campaigns. 6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7.
