Position Overview

We are hiring a

PPC Campaign Manager

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Amazon

.

This is a

full-time, in-office position based in Hyderabad

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving measurable results for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Amazon. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet client KPIs and maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization. Implement A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion performance. Manage analytics and tracking setup using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Generate regular performance reports including key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS. Collaborate with the digital marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Stay updated with the latest PPC tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
