About the Role:

At Digital Jockey, we specialize in helping businesses win more revenue & customers from the web.
To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player to join our growing Digital Agency as a Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaign Manager. The successful candidate will work to deliver complex performance marketing campaigns across various verticals and industries. Note: This is a full-time in-office role (Based in Canada & Hyderabad).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage complex PPC campaigns within Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, YouTube, etc., that drive positive ROI for our clients. Prioritize and execute PPC campaigns and landing page strategies to improve conversions. Maintain expertise in Google Ads theory and tactics to implement best practices. Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance. Explore new PPC program options to integrate with existing campaigns. Implement website tracking and analytics code (Google Analytics & Tag Manager). Extract insights from user behavior data to improve strategies. Develop and maintain performance reporting and metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
About You:

You are an analytical person who is comfortable working with data and complex spreadsheets, with the ability to discover statistically relevant patterns. You must have advanced knowledge of PPC advertising, Google Analytics, and Excel. You are results-oriented and always look for ways to improve campaign performance.

A strong desire to win and excel in your work. 3 - 5 years of experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics. Advanced Excel skills. Superior problem-solving and analytical abilities. SEO knowledge (an asset but not required). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility to accommodate campaigns that run 24/7.
