Note: This is night shift requirement.



Advanced Level:

School Background:

University studies with technical specialization (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical and Building Services) or higher;

Language skills:

Good written and spoken English with knowledge of the main technical language/words used in the relevant product application business;

Technical / Functional skills:

3+ years of experience with Power and/or Thermal products;

Good knowledge in MS Office;

Advance understanding of DC and Thermal products;

Good analytical skills, flexible, opened minded and team player;

Advance knowledge in one of the next families: DC Systems, Batteries; Thermal Management

Advanced understanding of Battery charge/discharge, BMS and interaction with rectifiers

Specific expert understanding of Vertiv rectifiers and controllers preferred

Systems;

Advance understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP, modbus, SNMP, etc...);

Experience in the field engineering, customer support service industry will be considered advantage;

Service experience preferable;

Attitudes:

Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external interfaces;

Flexibility and capability to work with potentially critical situations and stress;

Drive and self-motivation;

Customer oriented;

Excellent communication skills;

Oriented to self-organization of the office and field activities;

Excellent analytical expertise in method development and validation;
