Opportunity We are looking to raise the creative bar even higher in our Sales Enablement team. We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Art Director/PPT Specialist to join us in our Bangalore office. Open to new challenges and using your creative design skills to innovate and design a variety of sales content including sales decks, to help drive engagement of the Maersk product offering, across a range of assets. You will work with a dedicated and determined team who strive for success. Any previous experience in designing content for a sales teams or for B2B corporate presentations is preferred. A dynamic individual with strong design skills, the ability to link concepts to visuals innovatively and is able to work independently as and when required. Are you ready to be part of an Sales Enablement team that will revolutionise the way we help our front line sales force with new-edge content Your role: As aJuniorArtDirector/PowerpointSpecialist,you should be able to: .To conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet sales strategies from concept to completion. .To be able to think design-first with not just powerpoint decks but also on a whole suite of other assets .Decide on the visual language for the global market based on Maersk guidelines and then tweak/localize to suit different regions/clusters. .Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. .Amend final designs to stakeholder comments and gain full approval. .Work alongwith content writers, art directors, project owners, and insight analysts to come up with innovative solutions. .Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects by adhering to the brand guidelines. .Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools. .Have an eye for detail in design and work towards an on-time delivery of assets. .Liaise with the client to understand their requirements before beginning to work on the deck .Working with the capability to ensure that all branded presentations are created to a high standard .Liaise with senior management to create on-brand new business presentations .Participate in brainstorms .Demonstrate an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines. .Creating images, charts, and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages and which can be incorporated into presentations. .Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design .Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and teams What would be your contribution: .Be a valuable contributor to the brainstorming sessions/ideation process prior to the finalization of concepts. .Use illustrations and animations to bring some creativity into the sales decks .Find smart ways of working than the hard ways to reach the best solution. Requirements: Program Knowledge: . Office Library: Powerpoint (Advanced) . Keynote (Intermediate -Desirable) . Adobe Creative Suite(Intermediate-Advanced-Desirable):Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Other Knowledge: . Knowledge of branding . Development of creative presentations . A thorough knowledge on data visualization: Infographics, Charts and Graphs. Minimum Qualifications: . Prior experience in creating powerpoint presentations for pitches, meetings and/or sales teams . Any Graduate/Bachelor of Fine Arts with a thorough knowledge on Marketing Communications. . Having worked in a B2B environment or having produced collateral for this space, is a great plus. Experience in basic video editing skills will be considered a plus. Highly proficient in all design aspects. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
