JOB OVERVIEW
In this position, individuals are responsible for designing, creating, and enhancing
professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate
and demonstrate business concepts/ideas/updates/plans. The role involves
understanding and translating complex data/information into user-friendly slides
(using text and visuals) and ensuring that the presentations align with the companyxe2x80x99s
branding guidelines. The specialist is expected to collaborate with various teams to
gather, understand, and analyze data/information, provide creative input, and
deliver
presentations that engage the audience and drive the agenda.
RESPONSIBILITIES
xefx82xb7 Understanding, Analysing, and Converting raw information and data from
functional teams into impactful, visually appealing, and easy-to-follow
PowerPoint slides that clearly and effectively communicate the story.
xefx82xb7 Responsible for maintaining the core design system including fonts, colors,
styles, backgrounds, logos, etc. that are approved for use
xefx82xb7 Refining stakeholders' ideas using brand style guidelines to create compelling
visual representations.
xefx82xb7 Ensuring presentations are error-free and completed with care.
xefx82xb7 Deliver flexible and dynamic deliverables keeping scalability, reusability and
follow-up change requests in mind.
xefx82xb7 Understanding media: familiarity with diverse types of media, such as
PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
xefx82xb7 Working with Adobe programs: knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
xefx82xb7 Multi-tasking and delivering within timelines: the ability to handle multiple
projects and a wide range of tasks while meeting sharp deadlines.
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience:
xefx82xb7 A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related
field is preferred.
xefx82xb7 4+ years of graphic design experience, specifically focusing on PowerPoint
presentation design.
xefx82xb7 Demonstrated experience in creating impactful and visually appealing
presentations (preferably in PowerPoint).
xefx82xb7 Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
composition.
xefx82xb7 Experience in working with corporate branding guidelines and maintaining brand
consistency across presentations.
Knowledge/Skills:
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other design software such as Adobe
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma.
xefx82xb7 Understanding of visual storytelling and effectively communicating ideas
through design.
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of industry trends in presentation design and a willingness to
continuously learn and adapt.
xefx82xb7 Familiarity with different presentation formats and platforms, including online
presentations and interactive presentations.
xefx82xb7 Ability to create visually engaging slides and design custom graphics.
xefx82xb7 Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
xefx82xb7 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, understand
their requirements, and effectively convey design concepts.
xefx82xb7 Analytical and Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges, understand
raw data/information, and optimize presentations for different delivery methods
and devices.
xefx82xb7 Professionalism and a strong work ethic, including the ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
