Role Summary

We are looking for skilled and passionate Handloom Weavers to join our production team. The role involves operating traditional handlooms to produce high-quality fabrics, ensuring precision in patterns, colours, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

Operate handloom machines for weaving yarn-dyed cotton fabrics. Set up warp and weft threads according to design specifications. Maintain accuracy in weave patterns, checks, and stripes. Inspect woven fabric for defects and ensure high-quality finishing. Collaborate with the design and production team for sampling and bulk production. Take proper care of handloom equipment and workspace. Meet daily/weekly weaving targets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handloom Weaver. Knowledge of warp/weft setting, pattern weaving, and fabric finishing. Ability to work with different counts of cotton yarn. Strong attention to detail, precision, and patience. Commitment to maintaining traditional weaving quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a textile manufacturing/export environment. Ability to weave multiple fabric types (checks, stripes, plain, dobby, etc.). Familiarity with yarn-dyed cotton fabric weaving.

Pay: ₹12,840.00 - ₹47,259.67 per month
