Job Description


Responsibilities : As a Powercurve Collections Resource, you will significantly contribute towards requirements analysis, technical design and development of collection strategies managed under projects following agile execution methodology. Ensure deliverable completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. You will responsible for interacting with client stakeholders, different technical / operational teams, product vendors to understand and document requirements. Your delivery will be accountable for all the development from scratch /amendments to existing codes or strategies, preparing and ensure signing off the BRD and FRDs from respective stake holder. Ownership of the release management of the assigned task and ensure backout readiness as a part of contingency planning. You will demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions, resolve conflicts and create lasting, productive partnerships with all stakeholders involved. Additional Responsibilities: 9+ years of IT services industry experience. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Lead Business Analyst. Minimum 3 years of coding and development experience in JAVA or Experian product tools like PCSM,PCC or PCO Experience in at least one area in capital markets domain is required - Collection and recoveries, risk management, Customer journey (initiation and maintenance) for Secure - Unsecured portfolio adherence and , investment banking operations, Reg Reporting etc. Should be able to call out risks and limitations of design and provide alternate development workaround. Experience in work in Sprint framework under Agile methodology. Exposure to JIRA and Confluence. Excellent English communications skills - strong verbal and written communication skills in order to develop and communicate project deliverables in a non-technical manner to end users. Strong presentation skills. Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software. Will be required to perform requirements planning, elicitation, functional testing, solution validations, stakeholder discussion, requirements workshops and project documentation. Technical and Professional Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Bachelor\'s in Computer Science/Engineering will be an added advantage Master\'s degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting is preferable Expertise & knowledge in Retirement areas on DC retirement products, retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL etc), retirements planning, transaction processing like Participant Onboarding, Contribution / Record Keeping / Payroll Servicing / Complex Events / Roll over / Exchanges / Compliance Testing etc
