We are seeking a skilled and motivated PowerBI Developer to join our Analytics & Data department within the IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and PowerApp development teams, and a deep understanding of data visualization standards such as IBCS.
Your Responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations Implement PowerBI reports based on requirements in line with Accelleron reporting standard (based on IBCS) Document solutions Hand over PowerBI reports to business owners for maintenance Support business power users in building and maintaining PowerBI reports Maintain reports in line with our governance processes

Your Background:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field Proven experience in PowerBI development and report creation Strong understanding of data visualization principles and IBCS standards Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with data modeling, manipulation, and analytics Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages is a plus
